1) Is the article original?
Yes, all items for sale are ORIGINAL, we do not sell reproductions or copies of any kind.
2) Is it possible to add more photos to the article?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add additional photos to low-value items under €20.
3) Did I receive an item different from the one in the photo where the quantity was greater than 1?
Unfortunately, we have quantities greater than 1 for some items, so in this case you may receive a different one than the one in the photo but with the same quality characteristics.
4) I am not satisfied with my purchase, what should I do?
In this case, we request prior contact before leaving feedback so we can understand what happened and find an amicable solution that protects both parties.
Each dispute must include a photo of the different and/or non-compliant item via eBay messaging.

5) Stickers: is the sticker with the word NEW from a packet?
The term "new" sticker refers to the actual condition of the item, so new means that it is supplied with tissue paper and not taken from an album.
The condition of the item is usually indicated in the description, the photo is always an integral part of the description.
6) Stickers: the tissue paper comes off or is it coming off, why?
The tissue paper stickers from the 70s and some from the 80s may, due to age, no longer detach from the tissue paper or may detach from the tissue paper due to the glue seeping through, this is not considered a defect in the description.

1) Is combined shipping of multiple items possible?
Yes, combined shipping is possible.
2) How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times: Post 1 (2 working days) and registered mail (approximately 5/6 working days), in extreme or exceptional cases items may arrive several days late.
3) What can I do if I don't receive my item within the timeframe set by eBay?
If the item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you can open a dispute for an item not received through eBay. There is no need to contact us in advance. We will then investigate the matter using the means at our disposal.
Please remember that Poste 4 is not traceable and therefore cannot be monitored. In this case, we will refund the item.
